Aerobic Kick Boxing
is a low- to
high-intensity workout
for all people and ages.
It works out your core
muscles while keeping
your heart rate up at a
cardio fitness/ muscular
endurance rate. It is a
fun workout with great
music to keep you
motivated and enjoy your
workout. Aerobic Kick
Boxing not only works
out your body, but it
also builds confidence
which helps to build
your character and mind.
The instructor, Tabetha, is a high energy, fun-loving
teacher who enjoys
working toward a healthy
lifestyle. Tabetha likes to
keep the prices friendly
so that all can learn to
be successful with a
workout that won’t break
the bank.

out your aggressions from the day at the same time!
About Instructor Tabetha Magnuson Tabetha is a high red belt student and SWAT team
member at Lee's Martial Arts, PE teacher at
Sartori Education Center in Renton, and Mother
of Brandon, age 8 ( Lee’s Martial Arts high blue belt
student), and Mother of Tiernen, age 2 ( future black
belt).
Days: Sunday and Tuesday evenings Fees: $30/month for 2 days a week,
$15/month for 1 day a week, or $4 for drop in Time: Sundays,5:00 -
